- The rest of the claim regarding the garage doors was adjourned to ascertain whether the tenants had repaired the garage door to a reasonable standard.
- At today’s hearing the landlord advised that the payment described in paragraph 2 above has been made and that the garage door has been repaired to a reasonable standard.
