Order

- [The tenant/s] owes Kāinga Ora–Homes And Communities $453.71 (“the debt”) for rent arrears due and owing to 1 April 2025.
- [The tenant/s] must pay rent and the debt as follows: a. By 22 weekly payments of $194.00, being $174.00 for rent and $20.00 for the debt. b. A final payment of $187.71, being $174.00 for rent and $13.71 for the debt. c. Payments will be every Wednesday, with the first payment on 02/04/2025 and continuing until 03/09/2025.
- Payments will be allocated in the following order: rent, rent arrears.
- If the tenant fails to pay rent and rent arrears within 2 working days of the due dates, the balance of the debt will be payable immediately.
