Order
- The tenancy of [The tenant/s] at 1 Carbery Place, Manurewa, Auckland 2102 is terminated, and possession is granted to The Rent Shop Limited, at 5 pm on 18 July 2025.
Reasons
- Both parties attended the hearing. On 2 April 2025, the landlord, served a 90 day notice on the tenant. While a copy of the notice does not appear to have made its way onto the file, the tenant accepted that that this was so.
- The 90 days came due on 3 July 2025, however, landlord agreed to allow tenant another five days to organise moving out. The tenant is still present on the property in the landlord has bought an application for immediate termination. On request from the tenant the landlord has agreed that the tenant may vacate on or by 5 pm on Friday, 18 July 2025. I order accordingly.
