- The property was relet by the landlord on 25 October 2025.
- The landlord has applied for rent arrears and has provided rent records which prove the amount owing to the date that the property was relet.
- The landlord also seeks costs to readvertise and show prospective tenants to the premises after the tenant had abandoned the fixed term tenancy.
