- [The tenant/s] owes Inspire Real Estate Limited As Agent For Brushstrokes 2017 Limited $772.28 (“the debt”), as set out below:
- [The tenant/s] must pay the debt by weekly payments of $50 per week, commencing on Thursday 29 January 2026 and continuing until the debt is repaid. [The tenant/s] must also continue to pay rent and water rates as they fall due.
- If [The tenant/s] fails to make any payment of the debt within 2 working days of the due date, the entire debt becomes payable immediately and the debt is enforceable as an order of the Tribunal.
Reasons
- Both parties attended the hearing. The Tenant agreed that she owes the amounts sought by the Landlord and has offered to pay the debt at $50 per week.
