- The landlord brought a claim against the tenant seeking reimbursement of power charges and reimbursement of the filing fee.
- I accept the evidence that as at today’s date Ms Wilson still owes $564.94 in power charges relating to the above tenancy.
- At today’s hearing Ms Wilson requested that the Tribunal make an arrangement with WINZ to pay these charges. I advised Ms Wilson that the Tribunal was unable to request WINZ to make the payment but that she could approach WINZ with this Order and seek their help.
- I am also ordering the tenant to reimburse the filing fee to the landlord because the landlord was wholly successful with this claim against her. C ter Haar 31 March 2026
