- I heard this matter yesterday at the Auckland District Court.
- The tenant did not attend.
- Daniel Campbell attended the hearing for the landlord by telephone.
- The landlord applies for compensation for the cost of cleaning and rubbish removal, and payment out of the bond following the end of the tenancy.
- At the end of the tenancy the tenant must leave the premises reasonably clean and tidy, remove all rubbish. 1

- The amount sought for cleaning is allowed.
