- The tenant is to pay the debt of $855.09 to the landlord at $20.00 per fortnight, with the first payment to be made on Tuesday 20 April 2026 and every second Tuesday thereafter, until the debt has been repaid.
Reasons
- Both parties attended the hearing. The landlord attended the hearing by AVL.
- The landlord had applied to the Tribunal for work orders.
- The parties discussed the applications by the landlord and after some discussion consented to the orders referred to being made.
- The tenant applied for name suppression. As the matter has been resolved by consent of both parties, I consider that there is no public interest in the publication of the party names. The tenant’s name and details are suppressed.
