- The applicant attended the hearing by video link. The respondent did not attend or answer the phone.
- The landlord has applied for rent arrears, water rates arrears and the application filing fee.
- They tell me the tenancy ended by mutual consent on 30/03/2026. They have provided rent and water records that show the amount owing. I am satisfied these records are correct.
- Because the applicant has been successful I have awarded the application filing fee.
- My previous order did not account for the bond. I have therefore updated the order to account for the bond and nullified the previous order.
