Penina Pulega, Babylove Lefano Pulega and Tupusa Pulega must pay [The landlord/s] $4,199.01 on or before 9 February 2024 calculated as shown in the table below:
Penina Pulega, Babylove Lefano Pulega and Tupusa Pulega must pay the rent for the last 10 days of the tenancy as follows: a. By a payment of $650 on Wednesday 31 January 2024 AND b. By a payment of $278.57 on Wednesday 7 February 2024.

Both parties attended the hearing.
The landlord has applied for termination of the tenancy, rent arrears and refund of the bond.
Rent was at least 21 days in arrears on the date the application was filed. The tenancy is terminated. The landlord provided rent records which prove the amount owing at the end of the tenancy. The tenant agreed they owe the rent. See section 55(1)(a) Residential Tenancies Act 1986 (RTA).
The parties reached an agreement the tenancy will end on 9 February 2024 on the condition that the tenants pay rent from 31 January to 9 February 2024. If the tenants do not pay rent as set out in the order then the tenancy will end and the landlord will have immediate possession of the premises.
Because the landlord has wholly succeeded with the claim I must reimburse the filing fee. The landlord’s application for suppression is allowed because the landlord is the most successful party. See section 95A RTA.
