Kylie Gilbert must repay the debt (using the payment reference 944669305) as follows: a. By 129 weekly payments of $20.00 each Tuesday, commencing on Tuesday 6 August 2024 and ending on 26 January 2027; and b. A final payment of $19.02, to fully repay the debt, to be paid on Tuesday 2 February 2027; and c. Where the tenant’s financial circumstances improve, the tenant has agreed to contact the landlord to make arrangements to increase the weekly amounts payable.
If Kylie Gilbert fails to pay debt repayments within 2 working days of the due dates, the full amount of the remaining debt will fall due immediately.

At the end of the tenancy the tenant must leave the premises reasonably clean and tidy, remove all rubbish, return all keys and security devices, and leave all chattels provided for their benefit. See section 40(1)(e)(ii)-(v) Residential Tenancies Act 1986. The tenant is required to replace worn out smoke alarm batteries during the tenancy. See section 40(1)(ca) Residential Tenancies Act 1986. The tenant must also replace standard light bulbs.
The tenant did not leave the premises reasonably clean and tidy and did not remove all rubbish.
The landlord had to pay to get the kitchen cupboards and stove/oven cleaned, the latch lock repaired, the gardens tidied, lawns mowed, and rubbish removed from inside and outside of the premises and in the carport. The amounts ordered are proved and the tenant has confirmed she accepts liability for these costs. She has agreed to repay these costs to the landlord at $20.00 per week, until the full debt is repaid.
The parties have agreed the terms recorded in this Order and it is made by the parties consent.
