The only known contact details for the tenant are the email address and mobile number listed in the tenancy agreement. The landlord confirms these were previously used successfully for communication.

The Tribunal attempted to call the tenant three times, including leaving a voicemail message, but received no response. The landlord advised this reflects its experience in attempting to recover arrears.
