Nilsawai Kitisak must pay [The landlord/s] $8,663.71 immediately, being rent arrears to 21 November 2025.

The Landlord has applied for rent arrears and provided a rent summary up to 23 November 2025 to prove the amount owing. The Tribunal is unable to make an order beyond the Tribunal hearing date. Because of the uncertainty as to when the Tenant will vacate the property, rent cannot be ordered beyond todays hearing date.

Should the tenancy be terminated?
