The tenancy of Joshua Wealth, Tatenda Zvikomborero Mushenje and Chipo Mushunje at [Tenancy address suppressed] is terminated, and possession is granted to [The landlord/s], at 11.59pm on Saturday 13 December 2025.
Joshua Wealth, Tatenda Zvikomborero Mushenje and Chipo Mushunje must pay [The landlord/s] $3,776.00 immediately, calculated as shown in the table below:

Only the landlord attended the hearing.
I called the tenants but reached only their voicemails. They also had the option to dial into the video hearing and did not do this.
I am satisfied the tenants have been served and so the hearing proceeded in their absence.
The landlord has applied for termination of the tenancy for breach of the tenant’s obligations.

The landlord sent a 14-day notice regarding rent arrears on 16 September 2025. This breach has not been remedied.
