I have not awarded $550.00 plus GST for “tiles on the front wall of the garage are missing, exposing the wall to weather and affecting visual appeal” according to the quote. I can see damage to the brickwork outside, but it is unclear where this damage is located or what caused it. I am unable to find a photograph showing missing tiles. Filing fee and name suppression
