Marcia Akroyd must pay [The landlord/s] $9,038.00 immediately, calculated as shown in the table below:
Until the tenancy terminates. Marcia Akroyd must pay weekly rent of $350 with the next rent due rent Tuesday 24 June 2026 and weekly rent payments continuing until the tenancy ends on 17 July 2026. Payments will be allocated in the following order: rent, rent arrears, and the filing fee.
