Only the landlord, represented by Mr Mills, attended the hearing. The tenants were notified but did not attend, and the hearing proceeded in their absence.
The landlord’s name has been amended. Due to a systems error, the previous landlord, GG Blue Enterprises, was recorded in the application form. The current landlord has provided a Change of Landlord form, confirming the change on 16 February 2022.
The landlord has applied for rent arrears, compensation, refund of the bond, and reimbursement of the filing fee following the end of the tenancy. The landlord has advised that the bond has been received.
