The tenancy of the tenants at 20 Matarangi Road, East Tamaki, Auckland 2013 is terminated, and possession is granted to Ray White Remuera Property Management Limited As Agent For Yanfen Zheng, at 11:59pm on Wednesday 15th November 2023.
Conditional upon the tenants paying the amounts at paragraphs 6, 8 and 9 within 2 working days of the due dates, the landlord will not enforce the eviction order until 19th January 2024.
The Bond Centre is to pay part of the bond of $1,650.79 ([Bond number suppressed]) to Ray White Remuera Property Management Limited As Agent For Yanfen Zheng immediately to pay the amounts calculated as shown in the table below (“the debt”):
The balance of the bond of $1,549.21 is to remain at the Bond Centre.
The tenants must repay the bond amount of $1,650.79 to the landlord in full by Wednesday 29 November 2023.
The landlord will resubmit the amount in paragraph 5 to the Bond Centre within 23 days of its receipt of the payment.
The tenants will pay current rent of $800.00 due each Wednesday from 15th November 2023 to 10th January 2024.
The tenants will make the final rent payment of $228.57 on Wednesday 17th January 2024, for rent up to 19th January 2024.

During the hearing, the tenant accepted liability for the repair of the waste disposal unit on 30 June 2023.
