The landlord has applied for compensation, payment of the bond, and reimbursement of the filing fee following the end of the tenancy. The Tenant’s Obligations

The landlord agreed that a fair apportionment between the pre-existing damage and the tenancy damage is 50/50 and so I have awarded $500 for the tenancy damage.
The amounts ordered were proved by the production of photographs and invoices.
The landlord has succeeded and so the tenant must pay the filing fee.
