I am ordering suppression of the landlord’s name pursuant to s95A(3).
I am also ordering suppression of the tenant’s name pursuant to s95A(1). I do so because the tenant presented as a person who was keen to remedy the issues claimed against him, accepted all those claims and had taken active steps to sort the matter out. I consider that the public interest in the tenant’s name not being suppressed in this case is far outweighed by the tenant’s interest in not being hampered more than is necessary in finding future accommodation.
