[Ms C] confirmed that they did not want to proceed with this application against [names removed] and they could be removed from the application as respondents.

I consider that this is an appropriate case to exercise my discretion in two of the tenants’ favour and order suppression of their name and identifying details. The landlord has withdrawn the application against these two tenants.
I therefore do not consider that it is the interest of the parties or that there is any public interest in their names being published.
