The first payment must be made on Friday 13 June 2025 and payments must continue every Friday until the debt is paid in full.
If the tenant fails to make any payment within 2 working days of the due date, the balance of the debt owing will be payable immediately and this order can be enforced through the District Court.

The landlord has applied for compensation, payment of the bond, and reimbursement of the filing fee following the end of the tenancy.
The landlord produced evidence of an agreement with the tenants whereby they accepted the claims in full and agreed to pay the remaining debt at the rate of $100 per week. Notwithstanding that agreement, the Tribunal considered the evidence in support of the claims, including photographs taken at the start and at the end of the tenancy and invoices to prove the expenses claimed.
At the end of the tenancy the tenant must leave the premises reasonably clean and tidy and remove all rubbish.
The tenant did not leave the premises reasonably clean and tidy and did not remove all rubbish.
The tenant must not carelessly or intentionally damage the premises.
A landlord must prove that damage to the premises occurred during the tenancy and is more than fair wear and tear. Where the damage is caused carelessly, and is covered by the landlord's insurance, the tenant's liability is limited to the lesser of the insurance excess or four weeks' rent (or four weeks' market rent in the case of a tenant paying income-related rent).
