By consent I have delayed the termination date, however there is an additional conditional termination clause as the tenant requested time to vacate the premises and the landlord agreed to this on the basis the rent is paid each week and the tenant makes payments towards the rent arrears. If the tenant does not pay her rent and the agreed additional payment towards the rent arrears then the tenancy will terminate within 2 working days and the landlord will be entitled to possession. 2 Rent arrears
