See section 40(1) (ca) Residential Tenancies Act 1986. The tenant must also replace standard light bulbs.

- The landlord provided an exit inspection report and photos which show the condition of the property at the end of the tenancy. The photos show a property that was not reasonably clean and tidy, with possessions and rubbish left throughout the home.
- The landlord provided an invoice for the cost of the cleaning at $104.26 and rubbish removal at $821.05.
- I am satisfied that the landlord has proven their claim for the cleaning and rubbish removal.
