The Bond Centre is to pay the bond of $488.00 (5243484-004) to Accessible Properties New Zealand Limited immediately.
[The tenant/s] owes Accessible Properties New Zealand Limited $4,821.05 (“the debt”) as follows:
Until termination, [The tenant/s] must pay Accessible Properties New Zealand Limited: a. $216.00 rent for the rent week 4 May 2026 to 10 May 2026, no later than Wednesday 6 May 2026; and b. $216.00 rent for the rent week 11 May 2026 to 17 May 2026 no later than Wednesday 13 May 2026.

The landlord has applied for termination of the tenancy, rent arrears and refund of the bond.
Rent was at least 21 days in arrears on the date the application was filed. No rent has been paid since 16 January 2026 and significant water charges are owed.
The tenancy is terminated. The evidence does not show circumstances to suggest that a conditional termination should be made instead.
The landlord agrees that termination can be delayed to the end of the next rent week, on condition that rent is paid in the meantime so the arrears don’t increase.
The landlord provided rent and water charge records which prove the amount owing at the end of the tenancy.
Because Accessible Properties New Zealand Limited has succeeded with the claim I must reimburse the filing fee.
