David Maxwell Togia must pay Csi Property Management Limited As Agent For Alfred & Fe Payne $10,007.96 immediately, calculated as shown in the table below:

Reasons

The landlord attended the hearing.
The tenant did not connect to the MS Teams link provided to them and nor did they connect via telephone as instructed in the Notice of Hearing sent to them. The tenant was phoned on the phone number provided but the phone number did not appear to be connected.
The landlord believed the tenant was in prison, however Corrections have advised Tenancy Services that there is no tenant with that name located with them. The tenant was served by email. The hearing proceeded in their absence.
The landlord has applied for termination of the tenancy, rent arrears and water rates and reimbursement of the filing fee. Termination
The Tribunal shall make an order terminating the tenancy if satisfied that the rent was, at the date the application was filed, at least 21 days in arrears. 1 Rent was at least 21 days in arrears on the date the application was filed. The tenancy is terminated. Rent arrears
