The walls and ceilings were damaged by the installation of manufacturing equipment. The electrical system was damaged by the tenants bypassing the power meter. The damage is more than fair wear and tear, and the tenant has not disproved liability for the damage. Exemplary Damages

A tenant must not use the premises or permit the premises to be used for an unlawful purpose. It is unlawful to use premises for the purpose of cultivating a prohibited plant (sections 9 and 12 of the Misuse of Drugs Act 1975).
