There was a note on the Tribunal file recording that the tenant had called on the morning of the hearing and advised that she had been away for two weeks and wanted to reschedule. The Notice of Hearing was sent to the tenant on 11 June, well before the hearing. The file note also records that either the tenant or her daughter was feeling unwell, but there was no evidence to show that the tenant was physically unable to attend or participate in a hearing. The adjournment request was not granted.
