The tenancy ended on 9 February 2025. The landlord provided rent records, water rates and gas invoices which prove the amount owing at the end of the tenancy was $1,840.00 for rent and $98.58 for water and gas. Break Lease

The parties Agreed to the early termination of the tenancy on the basis that the tenant would be liable for any reasonable break lease costs (see section 44A Residential Tenancies Act 1986).
