The carpets required cleaning because of marks as well as strong dog odours.

The landlord submitted accounts for cleaning, rubbish removal and carpet cleaning. A health and safety checklist of $7.50 plus GST and travel of $35.00 plus GST have been removed from the cleaning invoice.

The tenant did not return the keys. The landlord provided an invoice for lock replacement for two ranch slider doors as well as handle replacement.

The amounts ordered are proved.
