The curtains had been replaced by the tenants and the original ones dumped I the garage area without explanation. The replacement curtains were of a lesser quality, and in one instance second-hand. They were new in 2023 at a cost of $855.00. The landlord sort compensation of $178.00 for the diminished quality of the replaced curtains.
